Our Green Hills Insurance, LLC GRC West Team of the Week is the Pattonsburg Lady Panthers Basketball Team. Pattonsburg won their first district championship since 2020 when they defeated #1 seed Gilman City 49-34 in the Championship Game. The win avenged two earlier losses to Gilman City. They also defeated North Harrison 67-27 in the Quarterfinals and East Harrison 61-54 in the Semifinals. The East Harrison win also avenged an earlier loss.

Pattonsburg was at the Jim King relays today in Princeton. Medalist included: Katelyn Jones - 1st in the triple jump and long jump, Kelsey Crabtree 1st in the 100 m hurdles and 400 meters., 4 x 200 meter relay - 3rd and Annabelle Gardner was 3rd in the High Jump.
