I used to dread working out. I hated it. When I finally started going to the gym consistently, I was overwhelmed by all the machines and had no confidence. This led to a toxic cycle—forcing myself to work out as punishment, then quitting when I felt lost.

Everything changed when I went back to the basics. I stuck to dumbbell only workouts & traditional strength training moves. I finally felt confident in my workouts. I saw results I had never seen before. And for the first time ever… I fell in love with fitness.

What happened in Minneapolis is devastating. Two children were murdered while sitting in the pews, praying to our Lord. And it was not the presence of guns that caused this, it was the absence of God in the heart of a lost, godless individual who carried this out.

We don’t solve this by disarming law-abiding citizens - we solve this by returning to faith, by bringing God back into our homes, schools, and culture. Evil will always look for a way in. It’s only through Christ that we find true protection, and it’s only by raising a generation rooted in faith that we can hope to prevent hearts from turning this dark.

Pray for the families walking through unimaginable loss. Pray for every child and adult injured. Pray for all who were present in that church whose lives will never be the same. Pray for our country, that it finds its way back to Him. ✝️🙏🏼

This is such a full circle moment, the little girls who grew up here are crying tears of joy right now.
