@SGNgas I’ve been without gas since 25/06/24 due to a burst water main. No gas in the whole street. Work is happening outside but no updates. How do I go about claiming compensation? Can provide a job number if useful? Images below of the outside of my house right now!

@easyJet My flight from Dalaman to London Gatwick on 29th June (22:20 EZY8566) was cancelled. I wasn’t told and only found out by looking in the app. I was moved onto a British Airways flight but my hold luggage or seat were not transferred. I had to pay. Can you contact me?

@BootsHelp I did an online order to be delivered to the Waterloo station store today (Mon 19th) and it’s still not arrived. I chose 19th specifically as I’d be able pick it up on my way home. The order says dispatched and it will arrive before or on expected day! Please help!

@AvantiWestCoast i need to travel Prestatyn to london on Sunday 2nd October. This is the return leg, as I’m travelling to Prestatyn on Thursday 29th. Will tickets be released before Thursday as I don’t want to risk getting stuck up there if there’s no trains on Sunday?

@AvantiWestCoast Why is the 15:20 not a valid route?? It appears in the search as the train before the 16:10 that was cancelled?? A 15:26 doesn’t appear when I search for tickets london to Prestatyn on 29th Sept??

@AvantiWestCoast I’m booked on the 16:10 from London Euston to Prestatyn on Thurs 29th Sept. I’ve had this email saying my train isn’t stopping at London Euston?? Does this mean it’s cancelled? Am I able to get on the 16:40 train with my advance ticket?

@AvantiWestCoast Im not sure what you mean? Do you mean I can’t get the train directly before or after? The 15:20 is the one directly before and the 16:40 is the one directly after. So I can get the 16:40 but not the 15:20? Why is that? The 16:40 will get me there too late!
