What a sunrise in #Pittsburgh over PNC Park for the Pirates home opener today. Starting off the season right, that's for sure. Can't wait to be there today to see Cutch back in person. Gonna be an awesome day for a baseball game from the best park in America.

Completely forgot about this wild sunrise last month in #Pittsburgh. I only ever shared one image from it, so here's another, focused on the incline. I've always loved this composition; with the background of of focus, it makes it look like a scene from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.
The center of Hurricane Ian is still off the coast of South Carolina, but clouds are extending northward all the way to Boston, New York City and Pittsburgh: https://t.co/kTqtFymjiz
What a sunset in #Pittsburgh tonight. It was like nothing I've ever seen. I've captured anti-crepuscular rays before, but never ones that stretched across the entire sky. And then the color as the sun was going down? Absolutely absurd. This has been a CRAZY 48 hours of weather.
Still so much to share from last night, including this partial rainbow over #Pittsburgh. While there wasn't much rain over the North Side, there was plenty above the city and Mt. Washington. However the anti-crepuscular rays filled in what was missing from the rainbow perfectly.
It may be raining in #Pittsburgh now, but just before sunrise today the sky was pretty incredible. There was just enough of an opening on the horizon to let the sunlight through, which lit up the low clouds with vibrant pink and orange tones. Red sky at morning, and all that.
While the clouds didn't light up with that vibrant color at sunrise in #Pittsburgh like I had hoped, they did have this warm glow that made for a really interesting scene. Went with a 6 image panorama to capture the entire sky, and ended up with a great Monday morning view.
While the view from the incline is the popular one on Mt. Washington, a little further down the road provides a fun composition as well. The hillside, #Pittsburgh skyline, and colorful sky make for 3 distinct layers, transforming the scene into more of a painting than photograph.
One more shot of yesterday's surprise of a sunrise in #Pittsburgh, and a different point of view from the Smithfield Street Bridge. The slightly elevated perspective showcases more of the sky and focuses less on the bridge itself, which was perfectly fine given those clouds.
Why have I completely forgotten how to purchase/make food for lunch? What is everyone else eating?? I’d like to be semi-healthy with minimal effort. These poptarts ain’t cutting it
