@BeerPressured Could even put your gym clothes on the radiator and set your heating to automatically heat them for half an hour before you wake up (although this is the more expensive option!)

@BeerPressured Start small, one gym session per week as that's more sustainable. Once that's a habit you can then add more in. Book on a class so you have to go or you'll feel guilty. Set out your gym clothes the night before so you just get up and go
