@FlySWISS So suddenly she is told she has to pay $500 more for a ticket than the online price since we decided to travel with you on a ticket WITH NO CHANGE FEES except the fine print failed to mention you have to buy at an inflated internal price which in effect turns in to a change fee.

@FlySWISS I DM’d the information ~2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back? Not only that, my sister just rebooked her flight and was told the price seen online was “for people who hadn’t booked their flight already” which sounds ALOT like the change fee the ticket claims to not have

@molly_strasser @FlySWISS I’m having the same issue. Having spent £1600 on 2 flights, I found 2 new flights that totalled £750 for both. Yet I’m being asked to pay ANOTHER £900. Therefore, paying £2500 for flights worth £750. The hidden fees are scandalous.

@FlySWISS trying to move flights to SA to next year but have been told by your (very rude) staff to pay over £900 in hidden charges. ‘Re-booking’ fares seem to be double the price of the flights on your website, yet these ‘re-booking prices’ can’t be found.
