@meandorla Out of 16 children in our four year old class last year 6 had speech delays. Screen time is definitely taking its toll.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@meandorla We’re Canadian but our kids definitely developed a bit of an accent when they went through a Charlie and Lola phase.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat Tiny bowls are exceedingly useful so everyone should have a stack. ☺️ Yours are particularly lovely.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@meandorla A small Canadian company @ChloeADesign makes the best fleece lined bamboo leggings. I’ve gotten three winters out of my two pairs.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat I use @BlurbBooks every year to make books for the grandmas. Super simple and great quality.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@fairy_cakes I’m from Vancouver. Happy to answer any questions. ☺️ I second the trip to Whistler and Granville Island is my favourite place in the city.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat I’m in Canada and swear by Lands End. I love the tankinis with a flowier top. They wear really well too.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat My Crocs are the Allcast II Luxe Shearling boot and because of the laces there is plenty of room in the ankle/calf. Good luck with your boot hunt! ☺️

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat I’ve had good luck with wide sizes from Lands End and regular boots with laces from Crocs. I’ve got wide feet and super high arches.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat Books are awesome, so it’s generally the kids who fall by the wayside. ❤️📚 I’ve added some of your suggestions to my library list.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat It should never have started, especially cold shoulder jumpers. A real genius move there. 🙄

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@theinstachat A4 I don't engage at all with and follow or comment that I suspect to be a bot. Just love up on the real people. #theinstachat

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@theinstachat A3 Lots of positive commenting and searching out of accounts that may have gone missing? #theinstachat

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@theinstachat A1 My insta world is fairly small, so I haven't come across shadowbanning yet. Curious though. #theinstachat

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@theinstachat Good Afternoon! Looking forward to another informative #theinstachat

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat I suspect that a matching handbag would look amazing with that new dress from yesterday's vlog.

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@thatkat It's a conspiracy to make us buy the matching handbag to carry it around in. Lovely colour though!

[Kate Shephard @katexdesign]

@theinstachat Thanks for another illuminating #instachat !
