Ordered from @Popeyes for the first time tonight. We will never order from there again we paid £45 and they didn't even bother to read the notes about no pickles or mayo. Chicken was cold and bland. We couldn't complain as there was no way to get hold of the restaurant.

@PackedLunchC4 I worked from the day I left school until I had to be retired on ill health. My family now have to rely on benefits but I am penalised because I paid national insurance for so many years. So I don't qualify for things like the additional heating payments.

So ordered from @McDonaldsUK app today delivery by @ubereats_uk had a meal missing rang to get refund and was told they would not refund it because they had looked into our account and made the decision. Shall not be using the app again because it is always bad from this place

@thismorning we moved to Scotland in 2007 and they have a minor ailments system when you can see your pharmacy to things like colds skin problems allsorts and it's free.

@JustEatUK so we have had our takeaway marked as delivered but we have not received the order. we contacted the takeaway no use at all. so, we are £30 out of pocket and can't speak to anyone to deal with it now so we must wait until they get back to us.

Please tell us who gets to decide when to stop giving you refunds when it is our fault if the restaurant don't put all the order in. We then lose out on money because of no fault of our own. Maybe we should stop using ubereats altogether
