I sincerely fail to understand to repair or replace a set top box do you need more than 6 days ? The engineer was assigned twice, can you help check why they didn't come on site. Is there a local office in ahmedabad or local contact that I can call or visit directly?

@JioCare The kids and the elderly are dependent on the TV for their daily source of entertainment. I have been paying for STB for straight 5 days in a row where I am not receiving the service. Meantime I have written email and called multiple times to customer care with all details.

If this would have been a new connection, it would have been installed in 48hours.

The engineer was assigned twice but never came to the site . Kindly check the logs
