@annaniamhb My UCAS provider section isn’t working. I had planned the day reviewing applications. The website states that it is fully operational. It most certainly isn’t.

@jet2tweets Why after two flight and plane changes have we paid for extra leg room again? A phone call involves a 1.5 hour wait. We paid for extra leg room for our flight and have logged on and it is no longer extra leg room because it is another plane! Another £51 to reserve the seats!
