@BCC_Help@BhamCityCouncil The website was not accepting payments . I tried 3 different methods and also asked my mum to pay. Please look into this and it did not work for her either.
@BhamCityCouncil is there a problem with your fine payment system? I cannot pay a parking fine on line or over your automated telephone system… I have spoken to a customer service advisor who has not been any help.
@BhamCityCouncil@BCC_Help I have sent them a message as well- altho have spoken to a member of your customer service team who was no help as they would not take the payment over the telephone for us - when we have spent approx one hour trying to sort this out..
