@BTtoronto hard 2 compare class sizes now 2 20 years ago. Needs of students are markedly different today. Btwn children needing xtra academic, emotional, or ESL support a class of 23 kids can have as many as 10-15 individualized programs in it. That’s 2 much for 1 person already
