@ChillAsHellYYJ @CityOfVictoria Cyclists are obligated to stop at every stop sign. Cyclists follow the same rules of the road as cars. Car drivers need to know this, too. Turning left? A cyclist must be in the left hand turn lane - which many car drivers do not understand.
