@virginmedia Ridiculous that you charge roaming fees even though mobile data was turned off on the phone! Why should we have to phone up and tell you to turn it off if we aren't going to be using it?! 🤬 I wouldn't mind if I actually used the data 🤬

@virginmedia Yes. You charged me for turning the phone on outside the EU even though mobile data was off. You should really make your customers more aware of what you expect them to do when abroad rather than billing them & basically saying "tough 💩" .. losing a long-term customer now.
