Having logged back into #Twitter after some time to make a complaint, it's become apparent that I only use the platform to #complain.. oops

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

@qatarairways Thanks @qatarairways but please can you let me know how I proceed with my refund? The number is constantly engaged. Can this be done online?

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

Hi @qatarairways please can you let me know who I can speak to regarding a booking from DXB to EDI via DOH in 2 weeks? Will I be refunded?

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

Very disappointed with @healthyhomeME - We booked you for 11am this morning and have not arrived and we have been unable to reach you.

@EtihadHelp so not one person is able to get back to me? What's the point in having an online help centre when it's useless? #outraged

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

Hi @EtihadHelp I have sent a dm and I'm still waiting on a call. It's not difficult for someone to call and tell me where my bag is.

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

@EtihadHelp @EtihadAirways please can someone just call me and tell me where my bag is? It's now been 24 hours and there has been 2 flights

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

@EtihadHelp @EtihadAirways yes I received a file reference and a phone number and not one person has answered your help line ALL day.

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

I have now had no luggage for 24 hours and not one person has been able to communicate to me where it is @EtihadAirways #ridiculous #Etihad

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

I am appalled by @EtihadAirways customer service and baggage services department. Have called 40 times today and not one person has answered

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]

Hi @ASOS please can you provide me with an email address to send a complaint to? Thank you

[Katie Johnston @katiejohnston11]
