Inside Out 2 was a BEAUTIFUL movie…BEAUTIFUL! It basically taught me that anxiety is the thief of joy. It will RUIN your life if you let it take over. Also that anxiety is literally just the fear of the future but if you live in the present moment & enjoy it at all times, you can really beat anxiety!

Last night was a very emotional night for me being at the Maná concert without my momma. This band was my mom’s favorite band and we used to talk about going to this concert one day. Well we made it momma, and it was perfect. Thank you @manaoficial , a show I’ll never forget.
