Feeling very grateful that I get to work with incredible people doing incredible things... @alexpaske you deserve more than a glass of bubbles today!🥂🌟

That is one way to start a Monday...300th @MintridgeFDN Programme with the legend that is @PamelaCookey.

🥂 Is it too early for a glass of bubbles? 🥂 I’m asking because I want to celebrate the @MintridgeFDN’s 300th Programme today with @PamelaCookey and definitely NOT because I completed #DryJanuary? 🥂

[Katie Smith @katiemidsmith93]

@alexpaske @alexpaske always grateful for you and always willing to share the halo with you! 😂😇

To me, #olympism encompasses all the values and teachings that sport gives to the world and is the powerful movement that occurs when sport is used for good. Olympism is a part of all of our lives and we are all impacted by its presence in society.

Super jealous of @jade_windley and her tennis skills!

I think the @MintridgeFDN team and the students they have visited with @jade_windley need to get practising these silky skills while we are in #isolation!

#TeamMintridge #Challenge #SportIsFun #GetActive

[Jade Windley @jade_windley]

One for all ages 🎾

5 hits & cone catch. Progress to 5 twizzlers, 5 edgies then 5 edgie twizzlers! Add a bounce or less hits to simplify.
