@PeterObi took his first oath of office on March 17, 2006, and his 8-year tenure ended on March 17, 2014!

The staff of the Moribund Anambra State Water Corporation staged a major demonstration at the Awka Government House on August 14, 2006, over their 36 months of unpaid salary arrears

THIS PROTEST HAPPENED JUST 5 MONTHS AFTER @PeterObi BECAME GOVERNOR OF ANAMBRA STATE!

Meaning, that these arrears were primarily incurred during Former Gov. Mbadinauju’s administration.

The Corporation rejected government proposals and took the matter to the National Industrial Court for judgment in 2009. Judgment was delivered by the National Industrial Court on June 3, 2019, under @WillieMObiano, and the case officially ended on February 6, 2024, when both parties signed an out-of-court settlement agreement.

And this’s what @PeterObi said,

“THE DAY I LEFT OFFICE, I left office, I wasn't owing any salary, pension, or gratuity, I wasn't owning any supplies or contractor for the job they had completed”

In legal and accounting terms, salary or arrears under active court litigation are not considered legally "due for payment" until the court issues a final judgment, order, or decree.

The case ended under Soludo’s Administration, it is absolutely and legally due for payment under @CCSoludo’s administration; NOT PETER OBI!

@PeterObi cleared all payments for salaries, pension arrears, suppliers, and contractors due under his administration, which ended on March 17, 2014.

A man tells you he left 2billion naira and another 75billion naira in a state government account number in First Bank, in the year 2014 after he left office as governor of Anambra.

He told you the amount,
He told you the bank account number,
He told you the name of the bank,
He told you the amount he left.

He then crowns it all by saying IF you find his claims to be false, he will stop campaigning. The state governor should simply post the statement account for the state in 2014 to disprove him IF he is lying. But the foolish governor of the state is busy making stupid statements.

My goodness. This is not even about politics. But Peter Obi is just simply exemplary and exceptional.
