@LNER What will be done about the second amount of train tickets that were forced to be bought once access on the train that they’d originally paid for wrongly denied against? Absolutely disgusting customer service levels.
@LNER I can confirm to you now this train had not even closed its doors or nor was so t anywhere close to doing so by the time this ‘man’ obstructed passengers from entering the train.
@LNER I took the image after the altercation so that you could see the workers name badge and face as whatever interview process you go through it clearly not working. The standard of staff you hire is at a below minimum.
@LNER As previously mentioned. The image given was for identification purposes only. The incident was prior to this image. The doors was open with minuets to go and the man in the image was obstructing the way of public civilians. And he got joy out of doing so from his reaction.
