@britishairways handled the complaint with a great gesture: why don't you ask your insurance company for the "rest costs" to fix the damage - considering that BA offered £0 for damages and no repair, that's a really generous offer!
@britishairways Traveling with BA is always fun: after my suitcase was damaged, after 3 weeks their company K2Global finally contacted me, but only considered to repair if I was available at home for a full (!) day to collect the suitcase. Who can stay at home for a full day?!
