@camilla_sten Thank you so much, Camilla! You're very kind. I just turned in my next one, THE MAN WHO LED A DREAM LIFE, and my brain is beginning its usual process of slowly turning to mush.
"Today's the official pub date of my newest Hoagy, "The Man Who Swore He'd Never Go Home Again." There's nothing like the thrill of holding a new book. And I truly love this one. Hope you will, too..."A crackerjack of a crime novel...Equal parts charm and cunning." -- The Strand
@TurnbullMartin In 1957 the first house I lived in was a brand new tract home in Sepulveda way out in the San Fernando Valley. My elementary school still wasn't finished being built so a bookmobile would park in the playground regularly. We also split classroom time with a neighboring school.
@NoraCharles1934 Rumor has it that McQueen walked off of The Great Escape because he was barely on screen in the first 45 minutes and only came back when he saw the rushes and realized that Garner, in his white turtleneck, was stealing the picture with his wit and charm.
@RodneyMarshall1 I remember enjoying it when I was a teenager. It was cleverly written, especially the recurring episodes with West's arch-nemesis, Dr. Loveless, played by Michael Dunn. The only thing that held it back from greatness was Bob Conrad's wooden delivery and those tight pants.
