@byars_paul Joint euro/domestic scheme. Given euros rarely sell out. Would have been more effective in recent years. Those at top that go to all (tiny amount) benefit. Those at bottom benefit with more FCFS games. Fair movement in the middle. (Would obv need more of pick up in host cities)
