1. Service: Mobile Money + Phone Services Kiosk.
Why it works: Everyone needs it daily. You don't need a shop - just a small table/umbrella in a busy trading centre in Kampala.
- Start-up: UGX 800k - 1.5M (float + MTN/Airtel agent line)
- Cash flow: Day 1. Commission is daily.
- Add on: Airtime, data bundles, phone charging (UGX 500), SIM registration.

2. Resale: Fast-Moving Food Resale (No cooking)
Don't open a restaurant. Resell what people already buy daily.
Buy farm produce (matooke, tomatoes, avocados) at Owino/Kalerwe at 5am, resell in your estate by 7am on WhatsApp/bodaboda
- Start-up: UGX 200k - 500k
- Cash flow: Same day. Profit 30-50% daily if you're consistent.
