@EastMidRailway Please can a massive thank you be sent to Martin, train driver on the 2135 London to Notts train. We missed our train and he let us sit in first class on the next train. It’s turned our night around.

@EastMidRailway only 2 carriages for the 10:44 train Nottingham to Liverpool. Already standing room only and people turned away at chesterfield. This is not good!

@EastMidRailway Thanks for the response. I was originally supposed to get into Nottingham at 16:42 so this is nearly two hours late which is frustrating as you can imagine. Which train line do I claim replay from when I used Hull for half the journey?

A month since my flight and @British_Airways still has not refunded me and is taking on average 7 days to reply to emails. This is absurd. I have sent a DM, please respond to me so I can understand why there is such a delay.

@British_Airways You JUST told me you would reimburse the cost of my covid test since you cancelled my test with late notice. Now I've received an email saying that you won't pay it. I am honestly shocked. Please respond.
@British_Airways I have sent an email but the website is saying there are no phone lines open. How do I appeal this response? I am extremely disappointed and it is very rare I will choose to fly with BA after this. To tell me I will be refunded for something and then to reject is unacceptable.
