Dear @bookingcom thank you so much for effectively ruining my upcoming vacation by accepting a day later flight on @united for the cancelled @lufthansa flight. Now we get to miss a prepaid non refundable fjord cruise, and two nights in a hotel. Mom’s 75th birthday ruined. 😡
