Great to have this roadwork done on King Edward. Thank you. However, some notice would have been appreciated - not only because of the jack hammering. Our driveway was just blocked off. Luckily, we don't need our car today.

How does @SHOPdotCA deal with an unhappy customer? Just ignore them...

OMG, @SHOPdotCA. Can customer experience / customer service get any worse? At every point you disappoint. I'm so fed up. Never, ever again.

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

@hudsonsbay I just wasted a bunch of time trying to give you money. Website not working, phone line not working. After a string of bad shopping experiences, I might be done with you. Too bad, I used to really like shopping at The Bay.

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

@hudsonsbay Have also been having issues with items being added to my cart only to never show up there. Very frustrating shopping attempt on your site today.

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

@hudsonsbay Are you having an issue with your website? Pricing in my cart is all messed up.

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

@MathieuFleury @JimWatsonOttawa Plus, jackhammering at 4am?? Clearly you don't live anywhere close to king Edward Avenue, @MathieuFleury

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

@MathieuFleury @JimWatsonOttawa Would have been nice if you notified ahead of time rather than asking residents to all individually request information.

[Kat Walraven @katwalraven]

Praying that I won't be woken up at 4 am by a crew jackhammering concrete, like last night. @MathieuFleury @JimWatsonOttawa #Ottawa #WTF
