What is everyone’s take on doing a shower only in guest rooms verses a tub/shower combo?

The only tub 🛀 will be in primary bathroom….

Well we are hoping to be in this house for 10+ years or more. But I tend to think about resale anyways.
Interesting… I should look at some local listing to see what others are doing. 👀

We will have a lovely large soaker tub 🛀 in the primary bathroom. But seems odd to do one bathtub in guest and not do it in both. Plus both are en suite bathrooms.
By the time the house is built, our oldest will be a senior in HS and youngest a junior.

@FishingSpotter Our primary will be that way. Walk in shower with no lip, house hallways 5 feet wide, most door ways 4 feet wide and no stairs. 😃
