@Jawgenius @OliverKamm I felt the same as you and last year started it as an Audiobook. Once i could “hear” the characters’ voices, it made reading it in print so much easier. One of the best books I’ve ever read.

@jennieg_author Interestingly, just finished it. I really loved it. So different to any other book I’ve read. Each character is so beautifully crafted ( even the minor ones) and there’s a sadness that hangs over so many of them without feeling tragic.

@Curlysathletes Even though I literally have three people that comment, I want to post that I’ve just completed my first ever 10k today at Brigg. Went from slob on a couch to 10k in a year with plenty of Park Runs in between. What a fantastic event it was. So much support 👏🏻

@FUDdaily Covid was the best thing that ever happened for GP Receptionists. Our surgery erected a big f*ck off screen separating them from the hoi polloi & now you have to shout through glass so that all the waiting room can hear when they inform you there’s not a chance of seeing a GP
