I am a fan of light structure, which creates healthy habits and routines. I like to time block everything in my time management system.
From when I am going to have creative time, rest time, work time, calls with clients, meetings with people and companies to my sleep time.
Whenever I am aware that I have reluctance or not moving forward in a task, I remember a strategy from when I ran cross-country running in high school. When we had to go up big hills I always remember what my coach said, “Just look one foot in front of you."
Grateful for amazing friends. Leah came to visit me in Mount Shasta from Portland. met over 25 years ago on cross-country running in high school.
She became like a sister to me and went on a lot of our family trips. Appreciate quality time with the people you love.
