"Job Characteristics and Employee Green Behavior"

Using a four-wave longitudinal design, we found that the strongest predictor of task-related and proactive employee green behavior was between-person coworker social support, whereas the strongest predictor of counterproductive green behavior was between-person autonomy.
With @ODUOHP, we find that negative appraisals of COVID-19 at work and school showed negative relationships with thriving and positive relationships with burnout in both domains
Extremely proud of our @ODU PhD student, @warnock_kate, on publishing her Thesis: "Experiences of Thriving and Burnout in Working College Students during COVID-19: The Moderating Effect of Embeddedness" in-press at Current Psychology.

Generally, we find that feedback orientation (one's general openness and receptivity to feedback) is the strongest predictor of job performance when considered alongside other important predictors (i.e., feedback seeking, feedback environment, LMX, and role clarity)
