As we do our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus, its important to find some needed distraction from the news. We can't go to physical museums, but thanks to technology, we can bring the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay and more museums right to our screens. https://t.co/f3oYPxfFFU

We are excited to share our recent renovation of a one-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. The apartment originally had popcorn ceilings, dated bathrooms and kitchen, and a choppy, awkward layout. We replaced the floors, completely renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms.

Check out this beautiful residence we worked on with interior decorator. It is located in a 110 year old Landmark building on the UWS. The project entailed the combination of two adjacent apartments and the creation of a dramatic entrance vestibule. Photos by: David Joseph.
Update on our rowhouse in Greenpoint: The old roof has been stripped and replaced. Basement water was a big concern for the owners so are installing a new waterproofed concrete slab and a pit with two pumps to remove any water that manages to infiltrate. More to come!
