I socialize with my personal trainer to get through the workout hour & to try to shut down the pain.

Working out helps me manage my illness but it's anything but fun.

I just completed a 12h optimization session that required different inputs to uncover bottlenecks and resolving one bottleneck uncovered another or even a few.
I ended up making the tool run on the rustc compiler code in 60s and 4GB of mem

That might not be the case in other languages. In those cases, I recommend adopting https://t.co/g5d3HFHMFG and creating custom rules for it using an LLM.
