@stevejspencer Santos often has reporters following him, especially this week after the additional indictments. However, this happened right outside the meeting republicans are holding to pick a speaker, so almost all of the Capitol Hill journalists were already positioned in that hallway.
Congressman Santos was reportedly upset by an anti-Israel protestor inside one of the Capitol buildings (that Republicans re-opened to the public when they took over the majority in January).
