Pathetic experience with @airindia Family is flying from dubai to mumbai. Was supposed to take off last night at 11.40 am GST, Rescheduled to today morning 11.15 GST. Passengers have zero update about anything. And the ground staff of Air India at Dubai airport have no clue #Fail

@amazonIN have been trying to get a product returned for over 2 weeks now. The pick agent keeps cancelling. Have raised it to the call centre thrice. No solution as yet. Never had such an experience with Amazon. It’s the first. Hoping for a speedy resolution.
