@SonyLIV @RishabhHegde There are too many issues in the app! Audio / video sync is off by 5 seconds, we get logged off multiple times. The WWE content is different on the app on my phone. I cannot find the same content when I try to access from my TV app which is updated by the way. Way too many issues

@HPIndia Firstly I’ve been using this laptop myself and can vouch that it has not been damaged. Secondly in the screenshot after seeing the pic your HP Support stated that this is not a physical defect and that updating drivers and re-installing Windows will permanently solve the issue

@HPIndia Case number : 5072754973 HP Support went through the pics and after all diagnostics they clearly stated this is not a physical issue and now once I’m claiming warranty they conveniently say it’s a physical damage from my end and I have to pay for the repair!
