@0xMahalakshmi It takes me exactly 5 minutes to disembark, walk out of customs through the autogates, take a left and walk up to the airport taxi spot which has been in exactly the same place for years. Changi is the only other airport with such efficiency.
@IndiGo6E - why do you resort to 'dark patterns'? I entered my intnl credit card when booking Blr-Sin and your page defaulted to SGD at an exhorbitant Fx rate. Clicked on the amt to edit and it 'submitted'. INR 1400 extra. Do you have to make money by tricking customers? Shame!

Hey @SwiggyCares@harshamjty, your policy of charging 100% of bill as cancellation fee is blatantly unethical. Customers make mistakes and a few minutes of grace should be allowed. And the call centre muted me? Uninstalling Swiggy after spending lakhs as a Swiggy One customer!
@SwiggyCares And further, how is it justified to charge the entire bill value as cancelation fee, irrespective of whether your app mentions it or not? Has the restaurant already incurred the entire cost, Has the food been prepared and despatched instantly? Legal and ethical are not the same!
@SwiggyCares Hi, yes, but mistakes happen, and a couple of minutes of grace should be granted at least to loyal long-term customers, right? Or your call centre could have the discretion to waive these charges in exceptional cases. I've shared the order number via DM.
