@UberIN_Support @UberIN_Support I have shared details over DM. Please contact me over call and explain me why I am denied the voucher usage for rightful usage for actual airport drop

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@Uber @UberIN_Support @Uber_India used HDFC Uber voucher for airport drop. I was shown voucher being applied when I even booked the cab. Now if the voucher is meant for airport pickup/drop off, which I did, why the hell are you guys denying me its usage and asking full payment?

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @UberIN_Support if the voucher is not usable for actual airport pickup or drop off, are you guys insance to make travellers walk with their luggage to 'your ideal pickup/drop off location' to use it?? @jagograhakjago please make note of of this practice by @Uber @Uber_India

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support this voucher has now twice caused me nuisance & wastage of my travel time & post travel time chasing u guys. Your support says drop location was off. I was dropped at airport terminal. How that can be off. Please fix your location in ur code and revise my fare!

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@Uber_Support I need instant assistance. Your airport cab voucher now is not even getting applied inspite of selection of digital mode of payment. It just doesn't show up. What do you want me to enter for airport. Please call instantly as I am getting delayed and cab prices high

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytrip @makemytripcare @makemytripcare @makemytrip now all I can do is wait for your ticket lottery system to pick me to call at your whim right? No support email to which I can email, no human in the loop. I have lost all the trust I ever had in MMT. Never in my life I have seen such degradation

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytrip @makemytripcare this is the simple reason i am chasing u. 4 freaking days have gone. Ur 'agent' & 'humans' both failed to connect with me & fix this. This booking, if it turns non refundable, will u refund me? GET ME SOMEONE ON CALL ON PRIORITY!

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare I want callback. Bhai hotel ka free cancellation period khatm hone pe call karoge kya. How the hell are you guys even running such a firm!

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytrip @makemytripcare One of the most illogical GenAI implementations I have seen so far in my tech career. Expect lot of legal cases in near future thanks to people not being able to get information they need in due time!! #GenAI #Illogical #makemytrip
@jagograhakjago

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare guys, you don't even know what my issues is. After 48hrs if my booking turns non refundable because of MMTs fault of not listening to my complaint, then what will you do? Get me on call and sort it out right asap. 48hrs have you lost it

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytrip @makemytripcare your GenAI chatbox and voice assistance sucks big time. I am not able to get hold of a single human. Your bot is raising callback requests but no one has called me. On call, your bot literally cuts me off. I need assistance MMT. Most stupid use of AI!!

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare do you need any invitation now to call me?

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare I shared over DM. Please call right away. I am chasing a 'human' since yesterday. If my booking is affected, then I will be forced to take legal action due to laxness of MMT customer support

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @Uber @Uber_Support @Uber @Uber_Support each day a new member of ur support team is giving me same 'cash' mode reason without paying any heed to base issue I am trying to tell. So let's meet in consumer court now. Thanks!

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@Uber I booked cab to home as I had voucher. After I get down, I am forced to pay entire amount even though trip cost was less than voucher amt. Why? Bcaus I had cash mode on. Why wasnt this shown upfront, I would have never taken a cab. Pls refund the trip amount

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @Uber @Uber @Uber_Support "Cash mode was on" is just a cheap excuse. Your app gave zero warnings that cash mode cancels vouchers, tricking me into booking thinking ₹0 was due. Blaming users for your app's bad design is wrong. See you in Consumer Court.

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @Uber @jagograhakjago please take a note of the dark pattern where Uber is lacking any transparency upfront to users regarding the final payment amount of trips especially after having a valid voucher for larger amount. Users end up booking trip thinking it's no cost and end up paying

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @Uber I have no latest messages in my help section. And you can't give me reason of "vouchers not applicable in cash mode". If that was the case, I should have show a popup upfront with non zero cost which u didn't do. So I expect only the refund as the resolution of the same

[Kaustubh Nerurkar @kaustubhHN]

@UberIN_Support @jagograhakjago @Uber by when can I expect resolution?
