@cromaretail Very #dissatisfied with #aftersaleservice .My geyser tank has been leaking , the technician who came for repair said #geyser will be replaced as tank cannot be repaired . Now instead of replacing #croma sends me a message of having resolved the service request.

@KentROSystems it's unfortunate that it's been 3 days and no response from Kent RO service. I have complained many times for a very old lady who is 90+ who lives all alone. I had just got her RO serviced with some major replacements in may and it is constantly requiring repair.
@KentROSystems extremely poor #services. Despite repeated requests for a #seniorcitizen a 90 years old lady living alone and her RO system spoiling repeatedly. Insensitive to the needs of the #elderly.

@HomeCentreIndia a huge disappointment as they offer no #aftersaleservice on their furniture, not even if you are willing to pay. Have lost all faith in their products. They are not even willing to do basic repairs or dismantling of their furniture.
@Honda@HondaCarIndia thank you for the response to my grievance. However, does within the warranty period imply 50% payment still? As I understood warranty implied replacement without payment? Awaiting response @WRV . Looking forward to a genuine @customercare.
@HondaCarIndia I was informed that @warranty of @Musicsystem and @bluetooth of my @wrv was only for 5 years. I had contacted Honda in 2021 and bought the car in September 2017. Please do the @maths. @Honda refuses to help it's customers once the car is sold. warranty is a lie!
@HondaCarIndia we have to @replacemusic system, bluetooth in just 3 years?!! Shocking that such inferior quality system has been fitted in such a prestigious company cars. I was expecting at least a decent discount but nothing. People should rethink before buying @HondaCarIndia.
