At the time of boarding also.. I enquired about my bag and they said it was tagged and loaded.Staffs of your department manipulate the customer. And you said bag would be delivered to my address and now they are Even stop responding to my calls. @goairlinesindia @BLRAirport

They litreally harass and manipulate the customer by showing fake concerns at the time situation occured. This is the way of Tackling and dealing with their created issues from which customer is Struggling. Irresponsible airline

The ticket I booked and the boarding pass I get have two different flight no.Never seen such A case in my life. @goairlinesindia and then send my bag without putting any tag Even after raising the questions over it, Now it is lost, waao such a service. Slow claps
@goairlinesindia flight is so smart that they load baggage without tags as well. And then they lose it with no clue of where the bag is.
This is simply incredible. Next level of innovation.

GoAir is such A inconvenient airline ever.They lost my baggage as they haven't put A tag on my bag. Now they are stop responding to our txt and calls.They manipulate the customer. Irresponsible staff and @AAI_Official should look into my issue.

Bag on the conveyor belt at baggage check-in counter. One part of sequence tag on boarding pass, other part not on bag. Sends off the bag without the sequence tag & bag ends up lost. And with their DON'T CARE attitude, customer struggle begins.
