They litreally harass and manipulate the customer by showing fake concerns at the time situation occured. This is the way of Tackling and dealing with their created issues from which customer is Struggling. Irresponsible airline

Airline service misdirect 25 million+ baggage every year. If cost of one baggage is assumed to be 1 dollar, them more than 1.7 billion dollars are lost every year. Who is responsible?

@goairlinesindia flight is so smart that they load baggage without tags as well. And then they lose it with no clue of where the bag is.
This is simply incredible. Next level of innovation.
