The young brigade of #BSNL is deprived of GOI approved std pay scales of executives in BSNL. Young force is working 24 *7 for survival of #BSNL ,they need approval of E2 scales from DOT.
Pls intervene in ensuring @DoT_India to approve the same.

GEs recruited through GATE/All India Exam compare with their roommates who joined PSU at E1 grade in HAL,TCIL,NHPC & find them at Sr Manger of E4 after 10 years, whereas we are struggling for first promotion. Process started in 2018 is yet to be completed. We are about to break.
Equal pay for equal work hasbeen implicitly mentioned in Article 14(equality before law) and Article 16(equal opportunity in public employment) under fundamental right.
EPEW is also mentioned in Article 39d under Directive principle of State policy. @CMDBSNL @dotindia
Isn't it's great injustice that executives working on same post, having same qualification and executing same responsibilities have three different Starting Basic Pays i.e. Rs. 22820, Rs 19020, Rs. 16400 ?
Equal Basic is our Constitutional right.

Even after 11yrs, JTO 2007&2008 batches are not getting E1A equivalent and facing pay loss. Subsequently, JTO cadre is degraded from E1A to E1 in RR-2014. Please intervene and resolve. ЁЯЩПЁЯЩПЁЯЩП

Post 2007 batch JTOs, are getting lesser basic pay than what they would have been getting, if 2nd PRC have not been implemented at all ?
Can this be the propose of any PRC ?

On implementation of 2nd PRC, pay of all employees of BSNL increased by 30%, but pay of post 2007 batches reduced. Can this be the purpose of any PRC ?
