6.300 estrellas, 1.200 forks, licencia MIT.
resultado: lo que antes costaba 300 dólares por vídeo ahora es gratis y corre en tu propia máquina.
esto cambia el juego para cualquiera que viva de cortar contenido largo.

4 videos and 1,740 subscribers. Yet this faceless channel is printing money.
Their top 2 videos right now:
💰 158K views on escaping control ($2.4k–$4.0k)
💰 60K views on escaping the rat race ($900–$1.5k)

This Portuguese mystery channel is already using cinematic 3D visuals.
And it’s printing.
70.8K subscribers. 91 videos.
Newest uploads: 56K, 112K, and 181K views.
The channel is FILE 19.
Real stories. Mystery. Survival. Prison escapes. Sunken ships. Submarine disasters.
Look at the recent numbers 👇
→ How A Submarine Dragged A Ship Underwater → 181K views
→ 4 Impossible Escapes by One Prisoner → 112K views in 2 days
→ 84 Hours of Survival Inside a Sunken Ship → 56K views
This is not luck.
This is a format people cannot stop watching.
Why it works 👇
Every video puts the viewer inside an impossible situation.
A prisoner who escaped 4 times.
A person trapped in a sunken ship for 84 hours.
A submarine dragging an entire ship underwater.
The brain has one reaction:
How did they survive that?
That question is the click.
That tension is the retention.
And the 3D style makes it feel cinematic instead of cheap.
This is the same system I run across my own channels 👇
→ BoundFiles → military documentaries → 2.9M views → $31,230 earned on one video
→ Blackfiles → crime / dark documentaries → 439K+ subscribers
→ Lume → brand and story documentaries → millions of views at scale
Same cinematic 3D approach.
Different niches.
Same result.
More stories sitting wide open right now 👇
→ Prisoners who escaped the same jail more than once
→ People who survived days inside sunken ships
→ Submarine disasters the world almost never heard about
→ Impossible escapes that should have been fatal
→ Real survival stories from mines, vaults, and underwater wrecks
All of this can be built with AI.
No face. No team. No studio.
I’m running 10+ cinematic 3D AI channels right now.
BoundFiles, Blackfiles, and Lume are part of that system.
The complete method is inside the course for $100.

youtube confirmed that a 3-minute video viewers love will now outrank a 20-minute video they tolerate.
this single change killed the "make it longer" strategy that 90% of faceless creators have been running since 2023. and the ones who've left their scripts untouched are watching their impressions flatline without understanding why. let me break down what changed and the one metric that replaced watch time as king...
the old formula was simple. longer video = more watch time = more distribution.
creators padded their scripts, added filler context, and stretched 5-minute topics into 12-minute videos because the algorithm rewarded total minutes watched.
that formula died in 2026.
youtube now feeds 1-5 star pop-up satisfaction surveys directly into the ranking formula. a viewer who watches 100% of a 5-minute video and rates it highly sends a STRONGER signal than a viewer who watches 40% of a 20-minute video and leaves.
the formula is now: watch time multiplied by satisfaction signals.
satisfaction signals include survey ratings, repeat views, shares, and session continuation (whether the viewer watched more youtube after your video or closed the app).
this is why channels that kept their scripts tight and focused are suddenly outperforming channels with 3x their video length. the short, high-satisfaction video generates more algorithmic value per minute than the long, padded video generates in total.
think of it like looksmaxxing. you've seen people spend 1,000s on skincare, haircuts, wardrobes, and accessories. all surface-level optimisation. if the bone structure underneath is weak, that surface work stays cosmetic. the foundation determines the ceiling.
your script is the bone structure of your youtube video.
you're layering editing, music, b-roll, transitions, effects, and AI voiceover on top of a script that loses people at second 12. all that production shine is expensive skincare on weak bone structure.
the new first-30-second rule makes this even more extreme. youtube elevated first-30-second retention to a standalone ranking input in 2026. a core metric rather than a "best practice," fed directly into the ranking formula before anything else about your video gets evaluated.
what controls the first 30 seconds?
the script. the hook. the promise. the pacing of information in those opening lines.
a channel in our network tested this directly. 1 niche, 1 editor, 1 thumbnail style. 1 batch of videos with standard hooks ("today we're going to cover..."). 1 batch with retention-engineered hooks built on patterns from 8,000+ scripts.
the standard hooks averaged 38% retention at the 0:30 mark.
the engineered hooks averaged 85%.
1 channel, 1 audience. the ONLY variable was the words in the first 30 seconds.
and those 85% retention videos got pushed by the algorithm to 5-10x the audience of the 38% videos. because the satisfaction signal from the first 30 seconds told youtube "this content is worth showing to more people."
the creators still optimising for video length are solving the wrong problem. the ranking rules moved: satisfaction is the signal, retention is the satisfaction driver, and the script is the retention engine.

Your faceless YouTube channel is dead and you haven't even uploaded yet....
I spent 8 months uploading to a channel with a trust score so low the algorithm never showed my content to a single person on the homepage. 8 months, 10s of videos, zero traction. Forget the niche and forget the scripts. The CHANNEL was broken from day one and I had no way of knowing.
The impression testing method I developed after burning through those 8 months is now the first thing I teach inside Elevate, and I've watched operators skip months of confusion by running a 3-minute test before producing a single piece of content.
Here's exactly how to do this:
The test video:
Open your phone. Point the camera at the floor. Walk for 3 minutes recording your shoes. Upload the video in 16:9 horizontal format. Title: "a walk in the park."
The video is designed to be the most boring, unwatchable piece of content on the platform. Nobody should click on a video of someone's shoes walking down a sidewalk.
Why boring content is the test:
If the YouTube algorithm pushes a video of your SHOES to strangers on their homepage, the channel has a healthy trust score. The algorithm trusts the account enough to recommend the content even when the content gives the viewer zero reason to engage.
A high trust score means the algorithm sees the channel as a legitimate, safe account worth distributing. A low trust score means the algorithm has already decided the channel is suspicious, spammy, or irrelevant.
This signal is determined before you upload anything real. The channel carries an internal score based on account age, verification status, IP reputation, and behavioral patterns. Uploading 50 high-quality videos to a channel the algorithm already flagged as low-trust is like pouring water into a bucket with a hole in the bottom.
The scoring ranges:
Wait 72 hours after uploading the test video. Go to YouTube studio, then analytics, then reach. Check impressions.
300+ impressions means the channel is healthy. Green light. Use this channel. 500+ impressions means the trust score is strong. The algorithm is actively distributing a video of your shoes to strangers, and the channel has premium distribution potential. 1,000+ impressions means the account is BLESSED. Protect this channel. Don't do anything stupid on the account and treat this like your best asset. Under 200 impressions means the channel is cooked. The algorithm isn't distributing the content. Don't waste time uploading real videos. Cut your losses and test a different channel.
The impressions need to come from browse features or suggested videos, NOT from search. Search impressions mean someone typed "a walk in the park" into YouTube. Browse and suggested impressions mean the algorithm actively pushed the content.
The batch testing framework:
Don't test one channel. Test 10.
Set up 10 channels. Upload the shoe video to all 10 on the same day. Wait 72 hours. Check impressions across all 10. Keep the top 2-3 performers. Discard the rest.
This sounds aggressive. And when you realize the alternative is spending 3 months uploading to a dead channel before finding out the trust score was garbage, the 10-channel test starts looking like the most efficient use of time in your entire workflow.
What impacts trust score:
Fresh vs aged channels: I tested this extensively. The results were 50/50. Aged channels from sites like AgedProfiles don't consistently outperform fresh channels. Some fresh channels score 1,000+ impressions. Some aged channels from 2006 score under 100. The variance is random enough to make aged channels a preference choice rather than a performance advantage.
IP and device fingerprint: if you're running multiple channels from the same IP, use an anti-detect browser (dolphin anty works well) with proper proxy rotation. The browser fingerprint needs to make sense. Don't set Apple silicon as your processor and an nvidia GPU as your renderer. Google catches conflicting fingerprints and downgrades trust accordingly.
Phone verification: verify intermediate features with a phone number AFTER the channel passes the impression test. Don't waste a phone number on a channel scoring 43 impressions. Save verification for the channels you're keeping.
Advanced features verification: skip the ID/selfie verification for advanced features. The risk isn't worth the marginal benefit. If one channel gets terminated and Google has your ID on file, every channel connected to your identity is at risk. Wait for advanced features to unlock automatically after monetization.
The mistake everyone makes:
9 out of 10 people test one channel, see 150 impressions, and think "close enough." And then they spend 6 weeks uploading, tweaking thumbnails, rewriting titles, and trying to figure out why the views aren't coming.
The views aren't coming because 150 impressions on a test video means the algorithm doesn't trust the channel enough for meaningful distribution. The threshold is 300. Below 300, move on. The data is the data.
I've seen operators inside Elevate go from "why am I getting no views" to monetized in under 60 days once they started impression testing every channel before uploading real content. The test eliminates the variable nobody else is even measuring.
The 3 minutes you spend filming your shoes saves you 3 months of uploading into a void.
More of this inside elevate(.)uno If you want the full system behind the channel operations.
