@IndianaGPA Was at Carisbrooke castle many years ago when a man approached us saying he was a dog trainer from SA. My dog did NOT like him one bit, he kept barking at him. I asked the man to leave us alone 4 times but he wouldn’t. My dog hasn’t been like this with anyone before or since!

@Jerematic79 I’m in the UK and it’s just as bad here. I was lied to about the results of a scan, was told it was all clear and my concerns were dismissed. It wasn’t until I looked at the notes myself I found out the sonographer couldn’t see the organs I was having the scan to check!

You’re better off doing the inspections yourself and always get an up to date gas cert for the boiler and an electrician to check the electrics before

@MattLFCWills @fesshole Home surveys aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. The caveats within their contracts and reports mean they barely check anything, including loft spaces. If it isn’t in front of them it doesn’t get reported. Even if it is, they ignore it.

@fesshole Our sellers left a filthy house covered in🦜💩& two sheds full of rubbish. They turned up on the doorstep one day, a parcel for them was being delivered to us. They told us to pass their new address to the courier. When the delivery came, I asked for it to be returned to sender💅

@Lilli_ano Every year is the same. I gave up last year, the year before I placed an order and didn’t get half the items. They didn’t bother contacting me to tell me the items were no longer in stock, I just got a random bunch of items instead.
