@RoyalMailHelp two parcels in the last 2 weeks have been sent to leads, I live in Birmingham why has it gone to leads?One was an expensive item that is not replaceable by the company. I called up regarding the expensive item and was told the deadline for delivery was Wednesday.

@JustEatUK please put the name of delivery people especially the bikers so we can rate them I’m sure there would be a lot less missing deliveries. Had a delivery from @CostaCoffee in Birmingham Perry Barr not turn up and the tracking service stopped working. Already been resolved

@Hermesparcels Would like to know why I’m still waiting for a parcel from @Superdry as you’ve delivered one and not the other as they were both in the depot at the same time on the superdry website it states that the courier failed to pick up said package. Sort it out!

@virginmedia no internet in B42 and have rebooted my router twice and has done nothing, called 150 and they said issue will be resolved by 3pm! Have gone onto your service status website and it says there is no issue so is there or isn’t there, I have important work to do today.
