The brilliant rock photographer Michael Putland captured this iconic black-and-white shot during an afternoon that people still call the Ladies Tea Party. Instead of forcing everyone into a stiff, corporate promo lineup, Putland just let things happen naturally. Because of that, he caught these absolute powerhouses completely letting their guard down and showing who they really were.
