@dammiedammie35 Urban cattle rearing is popping up around Lagos, feeding off waste dumps around some roads and bustops. On the Lasu-Iba road, cattle suddenly went berserk on the major road — I slammed my brake to avoid them, this car rammed my vehicle from behind @followlasg@tokunbo_wahab
@tokunbo_wahab@TrafficChiefNG This afternoon, some wandering cattle reportedly caused an accident on LASU Road today Sunday 28th
Kindly look into this before incidents occur.
Urban cattle rearing appears to be increasing across parts of Lagos. @tokunbo_wahab
Many of these cattle roam unattended, feeding on refuse dumps around bus stops and along major roads, posing environmental and public safety concerns.
@instablog9ja It might not be a scam. I’ve seen a very old woman who walks like that too, she bends while walking but can still stand a bit more upright when needed. She even owns two buildings in Lagos despite looking like a begger.
@UnkleAyo Claims that is a non performer not baseless. A lingering matter was escalated to his office with directives from HOS, SGF,AGF and even a court judgment. Despite multiple letters and a direct intervention by HOS, no action was taken. Admin issues are systematically deflected IMO.
@yk_xiany@_Nsznn Not true for all cars. Some NAIJA mechanic will advice you remove your thermostat for some cars, and also direct your fan run at full speed so that your temp can remain low at all times.
Nigerian fintechs are all fighting the same fraud patterns independently, duplicating effort, and losing. The fraudsters share playbooks openly; the defenders don’t.
Sad.
@TemitayoTTT Learnt he trying to clear the backlog of gratuity owed since Akala regime, and as well paying those who recently retired. Those who retired 2020 yet to be paid.
@NewsCentralTV Criminal actions of some of the taskforce, environmental & security agents plus touting is creating eneminity for APC led govt in Lagos and BAT. Votes against APC in Lagos are mostly protest votes. APC led LASG doing well, but will continue to struggle with elections.
@LagosPoliceNG Daily, security agencies and non‑state actors in Lagos exploit lapses in draconian traffic laws and inaction of LASG terrorizing motorists & Lagos residents, breeding resentment toward LASG and @officialABAT. It eventually reflects in voting patterns.
@canice_prince@tokunbo_wahab Ikotun Roundabout and adjoining road is complete chaos. Every traffic element is in full swing—Danfo, LT buses,Korope, Keke, Okada, street trading, beggars, touts, NURTW and many more —all clogging the roads. All of them fully operational right at the roundabout.
@leowatts08@thebardogbamola Anyone who gets a large spare part like a vehicle door within Ladipo market is now subjected to multiple payments. You pay for: the items itself, gate pass, and you'll be stopped on the road for additional payments. Doesn't matter if you are on foot or driving.
