Had to spend 600$ on new flights. No response. No reimbursement. No help. Just $900 in flights and hotel down the drain.
They don’t answer the phone, or emails.
And the airport is no help either. The avelo workers stay until the flight boards and go home.

Don’t fly with @AveloAir . They told me my flight was delayed for 3 hours… but it wasn’t and when I showed up two hours early the plane already left. On top of this, avelo has VERY limited flights and I was not able to make my avelo flight today either because of this.
