Is it true that @irobot no longer allows devices to connect to home internets with special characters in the password or name? That's ridiculous! Special characters for universally used for security. I hope no one buys a new Roomba until they fix it.

Rather than bring them to the covered front porch, driver @fedex left two boxes, each weighing 49 pounds, in my driveway moments before a thunderstorm. I am a five-foot tall 64-year-old and had to manage getting these to my door on my own. Pitiful service.

@Ford Made service appt with Sunny King Ford via the app, only to arrive and learn they do not honor service appts. After waiting 2.5 hours for oil change, got an email saying "sorry you missed your appt." SKF needs to make a change regarding these appts or we're going elsewhere.
