The JCP would've been with Dusty's booking and the schedule not in the ring. Plus not every JCP talent were A+ or great in the ring

Despite all the cuts #WWE still has hundreds of wrestlers under talent so why not use some of the PC talent as enhancements to put over established talents. The purpose of the squash is to get over talent,hard to get over when you never win on TV. #WWERaw
