Many LGBTQ youth become homeless. LGBTQ youth experience rejection by family. Shelters are becoming full & unable to accept more youth. Social workers must educate others and show support. As social workers, we must provide resources for the LGBTQ community. #WKUsocialworkpolicy

Older Americans Act (OAA) was developed by policymakers concerns about the lack of services for seniors. OAA offers array of service programs & other ways to keep seniors at home. OAA helps seniors stay at home. NASW advocates for all individuals well-being. #WKUsocialworkpolicy

@hukle_2019 This is a very important policy! Individuals with diabetes should have affordable insulin and medicine to keep there bodies healthy. This bill will help diabetics financially and emotionally to be able to provide for themselves and families. #WKUsocialworkpolicy
